O prefeito Emídio Jr. assinou, nesta quarta-feira (25/02), a ordem de serviço que autoriza novas obras de pavimentação em comunidades da zona rural macaibense. A solenidade ocorreu no Palácio Auta de Souza e contempla ruas em Lagoa Seca, Porteiras e Tabatinga. Serão beneficiadas a Rua João Constantino Pereira, em Porteiras, além das vias principais de Lagoa Seca e Tabatinga. Ao todo, as intervenções somam 4.835,43 metros quadrados de pavimentação em paralelepípedos, garantindo melhores condições de tráfego, mais segurança e valorização imobiliária para os moradores.
A iniciativa integra o maior programa de pavimentação já realizado pela gestão municipal. Atualmente, os serviços seguem em andamento em localidades como Ladeira Grande, Ferreiro Torto, Mangabeira (Loteamento Santa Rosa), Guarapes e Bela Macaíba, ampliando o alcance das melhorias na infraestrutura viária da cidade.
Com esses novos investimentos, a Prefeitura de Macaíba reforça o compromisso de promover mobilidade, qualidade de vida e desenvolvimento para diferentes regiões do município.
Na ocasião, Emídio Jr. prestou contas das principais ações realizadas em 2025 e os projetos e as ações previstas para o corrente ano. Estiveram presentes todos os 15 vereadores da base governista: Érika Emídio (presidente), Denilson Gadelha, Aroldo da Saúde, Tafarel Freitas, Venício Filho, Dadaia Ribeiro, Rita de Cássia, Igor Targino, Socorro Nogueira, Sergio Lima, Ana Catarina, Ismarleide Duarte, Edi do Posto, Otacílio Andrade e Clarissa Matias.
Tratou-se da ocasião em que foi realizada a primeira reunião com os representantes do Poder Legislativo e o gestor municipal. Em suas palavras, Emídio Jr. resumiu: “Nós temos, graças a Deus, um arcabouço de obras e ações para desenvolver ao longo deste período. Essa é a primeira reunião do ano para que, justamente, a gente possa tratar das ações voltadas ao nosso município. Compartilho sempre as boas novas com a nossa bancada. Assinamos a ordem de serviço hoje referente à pavimentação de Porteiras, Lagoa Seca e Tabatinga, proveniente de recursos da senadora Zenaide Maia”.
